Delivery is usually 1 - 2 working days for most products on the GB mainland, except for some Scottish areas, Offshore Islands and the Isle of Wight. Delivery charges can apply principally but not exclusively to the following postcodes, AB, IV, KW, PA, PH.
To these areas there is a delivery charge of £24.00 (inclusive of VAT) for ALL garden machinery products except very heavy items such as tractors, ride on lawnmowers etc (mainly pallet deliveries) which start from £48.00 depending on your postcode and the size of the pallet. Special Order spare parts are supplied on a non-returnable basis. No refunds can be given for parts that have been ordered specially for the customer which ultimately turn out to be incorrect.

Products will be despatched to your preferred address directly from our AL-KO distributors. A detailed receipt will be emailed to you separately on the same day.
All garden machinery products carry the appropriate manufacturer warranties. Warranty information displayed in our online catalogue applies to DOMESTIC use of products. For COMMERCIAL use, different warranties usually apply - please enquire for details.
In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, commencing from the day after the day you receive the goods. However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging. You must return them within 15 days of the date of their delivery to you to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods within 30 days of the date of cancellation provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered, you may return them after notifying us of the problem with the goods and your intention to return them. You must return them within 30 days of the date of their delivery to you to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
