Delivery Information

Our prices include VAT and Delivery to most areas on the GB mainland. Delivery charges can apply to some areas including the Isle of Wight and some Scottish regions. 

Delivery charges can apply principally but not exclusively to the following postcodes, AB, IV, KW, PA, PH. To these areas there is a delivery charge of £24.00 (inclusive of VAT) for ALL garden machinery products. Prices for heavy items such as tractors, ride on lawnmowers etc (mainly pallet deliveries) start from £48.00 depending on your postcode and the size of the pallet. Prices available on application. Replacement parts are usually sent by 1st Class Royal Mail. Heavier or high value items will be sent using a courier service for which a signature will be required for delivery.

All garden machinery items are despatched with a National courier service direct from our distributors. All deliveries are made on Monday - Fridays only and usually between 8am  - 6pm. We are currently unable to offer weekend & timed delivery slots. All garden machinery must be signed for as proof of delivery is required by the courier company. Any signed notes left are done so at the customers own risk and Cheltenham Mowers Ltd will not be liable for any instructions left by the customer.

Lawn & garden tractors are delivered fully assembled and ready to mow . Please let us know at the time of ordering if there are any delivery / vehicle restrictions to your address.

Cheltenham Mowers Ltd shall not be held liable for any delays in delivering goods, nor shall they be held liable for delays caused to customers work commitments due to your order not arriving on time.

Cheltenham Mowers Ltd shall not be liable to customers for charges for hire of alternate machinery or labour and not be liable for compensation of any kind due to late delivery of machinery or failure of machinery or damage to property from delivery.
