Mulching is very beneficial for your lawn; Instead of collecting the grass trimmings or discarding them, the lawnmower actually cuts and re-cuts the grass trimmings in to small particles. The grass trimmings are then blown down in to the lawn where they wilt in to the soil providing it with additional nutrients.
